Overview
At UMAKE, we deliver custom signage and acrylic products throughout Malaysia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode. Self-collection is available free of charge at our Balakong factory.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier availability and location.
Processing Time
- Standard orders: 1–3 business days before dispatch
- Complex or large custom orders: 3–7 business days
- Rush processing is available — contact us for details
- You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your delivery status directly with the courier service.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely:
- All items are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in sturdy cardboard boxes
- Fragile items (acrylic, glass-mounted pieces) are double-packed with extra cushioning
- Oversized or heavy items are secured in wooden crates for added protection
Custom & Large Item Delivery
For items that exceed standard courier size limits (e.g., large signboards, display stands):
- Delivery is arranged via lorry or dedicated transport
- Delivery time may vary from 3–10 business days depending on location
- Our logistics team will coordinate the delivery schedule directly with you
- Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations
Self-Collection
Self-collection is available free of charge at our factory:

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
