Manufacturing Services
Acrylic Fabrication.
Professional acrylic processing with precision laser cutting, CNC routing, hot bending, and surface finishing services. From prototypes to mass production.
Our Capabilities
Laser Cutting
Precision laser cutting of acrylic sheets with smooth, polished edges. CO2 laser technology enables intricate designs with tolerances as tight as 0.1mm.
- High-precision cutting (0.1mm tolerance)
- Smooth flame-polished edges
- Complex shapes and fine patterns
- Thickness: 1mm to 25mm
Router Cutting
CNC router cutting for thicker acrylic materials and high-volume production. Ideal for straight cuts, circles, and basic shapes.
- More cost-effective for thick materials
- Large-format cutting available
- Consistent quality for bulk orders
- Thickness: 3mm to 50mm
Hot Bending
Thermoforming and bending of acrylic sheets to create curves, angles, and 3D shapes. Professional strip heaters ensure precise bends.
- Precise angle control
- Smooth curved surfaces
- Multiple bends on a single piece
- Custom jigs for consistency
Polishing
Edge polishing to achieve crystal-clear, glass-like finishes on acrylic edges. Both flame polishing and diamond polishing services available.
- Flame polishing for smooth finishes
- Diamond polishing for optical-grade clarity
- All edge types supported
- Restores cut-edge transparency
Chamfering
Beveled edge finishing for decorative acrylic pieces. Create 45-degree or custom-angle chamfered edges for a premium look.
- Standard 45-degree bevels
- Custom angle options
- Decorative edge profiles
- Enhanced light refraction
Chemical Welding
Solvent welding using specialized acrylic cement for seamless, permanent bonds. Joint strength can match that of the original material.
- Invisible seam lines
- Stronger than mechanical fastening
- Waterproof seals
- No visible adhesive marks

FAQ
01 What is the difference between acrylic laser cutting and router cutting? +
Laser cutting uses a focused CO2 laser beam to vaporize the material, producing smooth edges ideal for intricate designs and thinner sheets (1-15mm). Router cutting uses a rotating tool to mechanically cut the material, making it better suited for thicker materials (10-50mm) and straight cuts. Laser cutting offers higher precision, while router cutting is more cost-effective for thick materials.
02 Can you cut coloured and specialty acrylic sheets? +
Yes, we can laser cut and router cut all types of acrylic, including clear, coloured, frosted, mirror, and fluorescent acrylic. Each type may require different cutting parameters for optimal results. Some specialty acrylics (such as mirror acrylic) require extra care to prevent surface damage.
03 What is the maximum thickness you can cut? +
Laser cutting can handle acrylic up to 25mm thick. Router cutting can handle material up to 50mm thick. Thicker materials may require multiple passes or special arrangements. Please contact us for special requirements.
04 How does hot bending work? What angles can be achieved? +
Hot bending uses a strip heater to heat a narrow line along the acrylic sheet until the material becomes soft and pliable. The material is then bent to the desired angle using jigs for consistency. We can precisely control any angle from 1 degree to 180 degrees. Multiple bends can be made on a single piece.
05 What is the difference between flame polishing and diamond polishing? +
Flame polishing uses a hydrogen-oxygen flame to quickly melt the edge surface, creating a smooth finish. It is fast and cost-effective but may leave minor imperfections. Diamond polishing uses progressively finer abrasives to achieve optical-grade edge clarity, making it ideal for display cases and high-end applications where edge transparency is critical.
06 How strong is chemical welding compared to mechanical fastening? +
Chemical welding (solvent welding) produces joints that are typically stronger than the original material, because the solvent temporarily dissolves both surfaces, fusing them together. The bond is permanent, waterproof, and invisible. Mechanical fastening with screws can cause stress cracks over time, while chemical welding distributes stress evenly.
07 How much does acrylic laser cutting cost in Malaysia? +
Acrylic laser cutting starts from RM 5 per piece for simple shapes. Pricing depends on material thickness (1mm to 25mm), cut complexity (straight cuts vs intricate designs), quantity, and edge finish requirements. Thicker materials and detailed patterns cost more due to longer cutting time. We offer factory-direct pricing with no middleman, so you get competitive rates. Send us your design file for an exact quote within 24 hours.
08 Can you do custom acrylic bending for display stands and sneeze guards? +
Yes, we do custom acrylic bending for display stands, sneeze guards, brochure holders, menu stands, and any other application. We can bend acrylic to any angle from 1 to 180 degrees using professional strip heaters. Multiple bends on a single piece are also possible. We regularly produce bent acrylic for retail displays, food guards, protective barriers, and product showcases.
09 Do you provide acrylic polishing for scratched surfaces? +
Yes, we provide acrylic polishing for both new fabrication and restoration of scratched surfaces. Our flame polishing and diamond polishing services can restore clarity to scratched or rough-cut acrylic edges. For surface scratches on acrylic panels, we offer buffing and polishing services to bring back the original transparency. This is a cost-effective alternative to replacing scratched acrylic sheets.
