Ordering & Pricing
01 What is the minimum order quantity? +
For ready-stock items like house number plates and acrylic holders, there's no minimum — you can order just 1 piece. For fully custom signage and bulk orders, the MOQ is typically 5–10 pieces depending on the product.
02 How long does production take? +
Standard production takes 3–7 working days. Next-day production is available for orders placed before 2PM on selected ready-stock items. Large or complex custom orders may take 7–14 working days.
03 What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost), and DuitNow QR. For existing business customers, credit terms may be available.
04 Can I see a digital mockup before production? +
Yes! For custom signage orders, we provide a free digital mockup for your approval before production begins. You can use our online design tool to preview your sign instantly, or our team will prepare a mockup for you.
05 Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? +
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Contact us via WhatsApp with your quantity requirements for a custom quote.
06 What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order? +
We have a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects. If there's a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

07 What types of acrylic do you use? +
We use cast acrylic in various thicknesses (3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm) including clear, frosted, coloured, and mirror acrylic. All our acrylic is UV-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
08 How durable are acrylic signs outdoors? +
Our acrylic signage is UV-resistant and weatherproof, designed to withstand Malaysia's tropical climate. With proper installation, outdoor acrylic signs typically last 5–10 years. We also offer stainless steel and aluminium options for maximum durability.
09 What's the difference between 3mm and 5mm acrylic? +
3mm acrylic is ideal for smaller signs, labels, and decorative items. 5mm acrylic is sturdier and better suited for larger signboards, 3D letters, and outdoor applications where extra rigidity is needed.
10 Do your LED signs come with a warranty? +
Yes, all LED signage comes with a 1-year warranty covering the LED modules and power supply. We use high-quality, energy-efficient LED strips rated for 50,000+ hours of use.
11 Can I get a colour match for my brand? +
Absolutely. Send us your Pantone code, hex colour, or a sample, and we'll match it precisely. We can colour-match for acrylic, vinyl, and printed materials.

12 Can I customize the design? +
Yes! We specialize in custom manufacturing. Use our online design tool for instant customization, send us your design files, or work with our team for a free design consultation.
13 What file formats do you accept for designs? +
We accept AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, and CDR formats. Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) are preferred for the best production quality. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can convert it for you.
14 How do I send my logo for custom signage? +
You can upload your logo directly through our online design tool, email it to admin@umake.my, or send it via WhatsApp. For best results, provide a high-resolution vector file (AI, SVG, or PDF).
15 Do you offer free design consultation? +
Yes! We offer free design consultation for all signage projects. Our team can help you choose the right materials, sizing, and design approach. Just WhatsApp us to get started.
Installation & Shipping
16 Do you offer installation services? +
Yes, we offer professional installation services in the Klang Valley area. For locations outside KL/Selangor, we provide detailed installation guides and mounting hardware with your order.
17 How do I install a peel-and-stick number plate? +
Clean the mounting surface thoroughly, peel off the adhesive backing, and press firmly for 30 seconds. For best adhesion, install on a smooth, dry surface in temperatures above 15°C. Full instructions are included with every order.
18 Do you provide wall-mounting hardware? +
Yes, all wall-mounted signage comes with the appropriate mounting hardware (standoffs, screws, or adhesive tape depending on the product). Installation guides are included.
19 Do you ship throughout Malaysia? +
Yes, we ship nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 1–3 business days. East Malaysia delivery takes 3–7 business days.
20 Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we primarily serve customers in Malaysia. For international inquiries (especially Singapore and Brunei), please contact us directly to discuss shipping options and costs.
