Overview

At UMAKE, all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our return policy is focused on manufacturing defects and incorrect deliveries. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects — reported within 7 days of delivery
• Incorrect item delivered — must be reported within 3 days of delivery

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect specifications provided by the customer, or damage caused after delivery.

How to Return

1. Contact us within the applicable window (see eligibility above) via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the defect
2. Our team will review your case within 1 business day
3. If approved, we will arrange collection or provide a return shipping label at no cost to you
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5 business days

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to manufacturing defects or incorrect items, return shipping is free. We will arrange and cover the cost of collection from your location within Malaysia.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For bank transfer payments, refunds are made to the account number provided at the time of order.

Product Warranty

• Acrylic products: 6 months against manufacturing defects
• LED signage: 1 year on electrical components
• Metal fabrication: 6 months against manufacturing defects
• Printed materials: Quality checked before delivery — no warranty

Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, normal wear and tear, weather damage, accidents, or third-party modifications.
