No minimum order. You can order even 1 piece. However, bulk pricing starts from 20 pieces onwards.
How long to produce?
2-5 working days depending on quantity and design complexity. Large bulk orders may take up to 7 days.
Pin or magnet — which is better?
Magnet is more popular as it doesn't damage clothing and is easy to attach/remove. Pin is more secure but leaves a small hole. Magnet add-on is RM2/pc.
Can I order custom sizes?
Yes! Our standard sizes are 7x2cm and 8x3cm, but we can make any size according to your needs.
How does bulk discount work?
20-49 pcs: 5% off, 50-99: 10% off, 100-199: 15% off, 200+: 20% off. Discount is calculated automatically.
What is the design process?
Send your logo and list of names/titles via WhatsApp. We'll create a free design mockup for your approval. Unlimited revisions until you're happy.
What's the difference between materials?
Stainless steel: most durable, professional look. Epoxy acrylic: lightweight, vivid colors, affordable. Wood: natural, eco-friendly, unique character.
Are they weather-proof?
Yes. SS304 stainless steel is rust-proof and weather-resistant. Acrylic is UV-treated. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Do you make door signs and office signs?
Yes! We make door signs, office signs, desk name plates, and department signs. All can be customized with your logo, name, and title.
What sizes are available for door signs?
Our standard sizes include A5, A6, and custom sizes. We can make any size to fit your space.
How do I send my logo?
Send the logo file via WhatsApp (PNG, JPG, or AI/PDF). If you don't have a digital file, we can recreate it from a photo.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects on all products. Our engraving and printing lasts years under normal use.
