Print on Any Surface

Our industrial UV flatbed printers can print directly on acrylic, metal, wood, glass, ceramic, and foam. If it fits the bed, we can print on it.

Photographic Colour Quality

1440 DPI resolution with full CMYK + white ink channel. White ink allows printing on dark or transparent surfaces. Pantone colour matching available.

Scratch & Water Resistant

UV-cured inks bond chemically to the substrate surface. The result is a hardened, scratch-resistant print that won't peel, bubble, or wash off.

Same-Day & Rush Orders

Simple UV print orders can often be completed same-day or next day. Contact us with your artwork and quantity for an accurate lead time quote.

What is UV printing and how does it work?

UV printing uses UV-curable inks that are cured instantly by ultraviolet light as they are printed. The result is a durable, scratch-resistant, and vibrant print that bonds directly to the surface — whether acrylic, metal, wood, glass, or plastic.

What is the difference between UV printing and regular inkjet printing?

Regular inkjet printing uses water-based inks that soak into paper. UV printing uses UV-curable inks that cure on the surface of any material — not just paper. UV prints are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Can UV printing be used outdoors?

Yes. UV-printed signs are suitable for outdoor use with a UV-protective laminate or coating. Without additional protection, UV prints typically last 2–3 years outdoors before fading. With UV lamination, 5+ years.

What is reverse UV printing?

Reverse UV printing prints the design as a mirror image on the back of clear acrylic. When viewed from the front, the design appears normal — and because you're looking through the acrylic, the print has a deep, glass-like quality that direct printing cannot achieve.

Can you match Pantone colours for UV printing?

Yes. Our UV printers support Pantone colour matching. Provide us with your Pantone reference codes and we will calibrate the print to match. Minor variations of ±3 Delta-E are typical for Pantone simulation on UV printers.

What file format should I provide for UV printing?

We prefer AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, or EPS files at actual print size. PNG or JPG files at 150 DPI or higher at actual size are also accepted. We can help vectorise low-resolution logos at no extra charge.
