What is the difference between reverse UV print and direct UV print?
Reverse UV printing prints the design on the back of clear acrylic, so you see it through the front face — giving a deep, glass-like finish. Direct UV printing prints on the front face, ideal for coloured or frosted acrylic where transparency is not required.
What acrylic thicknesses are available?
We stock 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 15mm acrylic sheets. Thicker acrylic (8mm+) is used for 3D floating letters and premium signs. Standard signage typically uses 3mm or 5mm.
How long do acrylic signs last?
With proper care, our acrylic signs last 5–10 years indoors. UV-protected acrylic is available for outdoor applications. UV printing is scratch-resistant and fade-resistant for 3–5 years of outdoor exposure.
Can I get acrylic signs with my exact brand colours?
Yes. For UV printed signs, we match colours using Pantone codes. For solid colour acrylic, we have over 40 standard colours and can source custom Pantone-matched sheets for large orders.
How do I install acrylic signs?
3D floating letters use stud mounts (chrome or black standoffs, 15–20mm). Flat signs can be installed with double-sided tape, screws, or standoff hardware. We include installation hardware with every order.
