What file format do you need for laser cutting?
Vector files work best — AI, PDF, DXF, SVG, or CDR with outlined paths. For engraving we also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG. No file? Send a sketch or a reference photo on WhatsApp and we will help set it up.
How is laser cutting priced?
Pricing is based on the material, sheet size, cutting length, and engraving area/time, plus quantity. Simple cuts start from RM 5 and engraving from RM 8. Bulk and repeat orders get better per-piece pricing — send your file and quantity for an exact quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum — we do single one-off pieces as well as large production runs. For bulk and repeat jobs we offer volume pricing and keep your file on record for fast reorders.
Can you engrave my company logo or a serial number?
Yes. We engrave logos, text, serial numbers, barcodes, and QR codes. For metal parts we use fibre-laser marking that is permanent and resistant to wear, heat, and chemicals.
