Do your display cases come with a warranty?
All UMAKE display cases come with a manufacturing defect warranty. If panels are cracked, scratched, or misaligned upon delivery, we replace them free of charge. Normal wear and tear (scratches from use, yellowing from prolonged UV exposure) is not covered. We recommend keeping acrylic cases away from direct sunlight to maintain clarity.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Absolutely. For bulk orders (10+ pieces), we recommend ordering a single sample first to verify dimensions and quality. The sample is charged at standard rate, and if you proceed with the bulk order, we apply the bulk discount to the remaining pieces.
What payment methods do you accept?
